Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ahmad Al-Safadi, stated that Jordan will remain strong under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, with the courage of the army and security agencies, and the awareness and resilience of our loyal people, forming a solid internal front. Through this national equation, we have thwarted every opportunity for those who spread sedition and doubt, and we have presented a model in the region of a secure, stable, and steadfast state.

Speaking at a seminar held in the city of Fuheis, organized by the Fuheis Youth Club under the title “Current Political Developments and Their Implications for Jordan,” Al-Safadi added that Jordan continues to uphold its duty toward our people in Gaza and all of Palestine. The country remains a firm defender of the just Palestinian cause and an opponent of the brutal war on Gaza, in which the occupying force has committed atrocities unprecedented in human history.
He affirmed that our Arab Army remains committed to its humanitarian mission, through relief operations and field hospitals. Yet, this great army has not been spared from tongues of evil, sedition, and betrayal.
"Let it be known," he said, "that anyone who dares to attack the army is a coward, an ingrate, and a servant of the enemies of the homeland."
Al-Safadi emphasized:
"The army represents the pillars of this nation. We will not allow any party—whoever they may be—to spread their poison among us. Let every malicious tongue be silenced, and let all tools of sedition and destruction be broken."
He warned that these voices are linked to dark agendas that aim to destroy nations in service of narrow interests—agendas that will ultimately fail against the unbreakable will of Jordanians and under the boots of the army, which will crush every wicked aggressor.
Al-Safadi concluded by saying:
"We have every right to be proud of our beloved leader. He has remained the faithful guardian of the Hashemite Custodianship over the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Arab Jerusalem, and has stood firm against all attempts to displace Christians from the East."
He further praised King Abdullah II’s unwavering stance under pressure and his deep connection with the conscience of his people in rejecting all schemes to displace Palestinian brothers and sisters.
"His Majesty has spared no effort to alleviate their suffering and travels the world tirelessly, seeking a just solution that guarantees the full and undiminished rights of the Palestinian people, based on the two-state solution."
