Amman– The Speaker and members of the House of Representatives extended their congratulations to His Majesty King Abdullah II on the occasion of his 63rd birthday, wishing His Majesty continued health and wellness, and for him to remain a source of strength and support for his people and the nation.

Speaker of the House, Ahmed Safadi, stated, "We celebrate with the members of our united Jordanian family the birthday of His Majesty the King, a precious occasion in our hearts, from which we draw the highest meanings of dedication, giving, and the continuation of the comprehensive modernization journey His Majesty envisioned. This day marks the beginning of a national project that strengthens the nation's renaissance in all fields."
He added, "We recall the great achievements that have been realized since His Majesty assumed his constitutional duties, where he has dedicated his efforts to building institutions, leading Jordan toward political, economic, and administrative modernization, with a main goal of expanding public participation in decision-making and achieving comprehensive development across various sectors. His Majesty has raised the service of the citizen and achieving their aspirations as a banner that we follow in all branches of government."
Safadi emphasized, "Our unity around the banner of the leader of the pure Hashemites, standing together with our army and security forces, and our cohesion in a strong front is the key to Jordan's resilience. This country always proves that it remains strong whenever challenges intensify and hardships grow."
