Brigadier General Military Judge Ahmad Talat Shahaltouq, the Public Prosecutor of the State Security Court, announced that the Public Prosecution has completed all legal procedures related to a number of detainees involved in several cases announced yesterday, and has referred them to the court.اضافة اعلان

According to the indictments:

In the missile manufacturing case, the State Security Court prosecutor charged Abdullah Hisham and Muath Al-Ghanem with the felony of manufacturing weapons with the intent to use them unlawfully in collaboration, in violation of Articles (3/W) and (7/C) of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments, and under the provision of Article (7/W) of the same law.
Mohsen Al-Ghanem was also charged with the felony of aiding and abetting the manufacturing of weapons with the intent of unlawful use.

Additionally, all three — Abdullah Hisham, Muath Al-Ghanem, and Mohsen Al-Ghanem — were charged with the felony of committing acts that disturb public order and endanger the safety and security of society, in violation of Articles (2) and (7/T) of the same law.

In the drone manufacturing project case, defendants Ali Qassem, Abdulaziz Haroun, Abdullah Al-Haddar, and Ahmad Khalifa were charged with the felony of committing acts that disturb public order and endanger public safety, in accordance with Articles (2) and (7/T) of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments.

In the recruitment cases, defendants Khedr Abdulaziz, Ayman Ajjawi, Mohammad Saleh, Marwan Al-Hawamdeh, and Anas Abu Awad were also charged under the same articles with felonies related to disturbing public order and endangering the safety of society.

In the case involving the transport and storage of explosives and automatic weapons smuggled from abroad, as well as the concealment of a missile in a suburb of Amman, the case is currently under review by the State Security Court and is in the defense phase of the trial, with four defendants being tried.

Yesterday, Dr. Mohammad Al-Momani, Minister of Government Communications and the official spokesperson for the government, announced the arrest of 16 individuals involved in multiple cases aimed at undermining national security and inciting chaos within the Kingdom. — (Petra)
