Sword fight in Madaba leaves individual with serious injuries

AMMAN — A person was seriously injured during a sword fight that took place between two parties on Sunday morning at the Madaba municipality roundabout, according to eyewitnesses, Khaberni reported.اضافة اعلان

Witnesses said that the individual sustained injuries to the limbs and the torso, noting that if bystanders had not interfered, the outcome would have been “unfortunate”.

Security units rushed to the scene of the accident and the injured person was transferred for treatment to Nadim Governmental Hospital in Madaba by the Madaba Civil Defense Directorate. The perpetrator was arrested by the security forces, and investigations into the incident are underway.
