TRC finalized 27,664 customs declarations in 2023

AMMAN — The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) completed 27,664 customs declarations at its external offices during 2023.اضافة اعلان

 According to telecommunications and postal services sector indicators published by the Commission, the completed customs declarations were distributed as follows: 20,898 transactions at the airport customs, 5,004 transactions through Aqaba customs, and 1,762 transactions through Amman customs, Al-Ghad reported.

The indicators also showed that the Commission issued 3,590 quality approvals in 2023, with a total of 2,790 transactions for the entry of various devices.

It is worth mentioning that the Commission granted its employees the necessary authorization to electronically complete customs declarations remotely, after linking border crossings and customs centers to the computerized customs clearance system.
