Taxation procedures eased for companies

AMMAN — Companies will be able to submit their income tax declarations for the year 2020 along with draft financial statements and pay the declared income tax before the April 30 deadline.اضافة اعلان

However, the submission of the original and final copies of the financial statements can be delayed until the end of June, according to Director General of the Income and Sales Tax Department Hussam Abu Ali announced on Tuesday.

Abu Ali said the new decision was made to ease taxation procedures for taxable companies and sectors.

He called on the corporate taxpayers to submit their income tax statements electronically, noting that they should be filled out with accurate information.
