AMMAN — The Jordan Meteorological Department reported that
temperatures are expected to rise throughout the Kingdom with relatively hot
conditions anticipated in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba starting
Thursday.

Moderate southeasterly winds may pick up at times and stir
dust in the Badiya.
Weekend forecastOn Friday, temperatures are set to climb 7–8°C above the
annual average, accompanied by a warning of dry, hot, and dusty weather, and
mid-to-high-level clouds.
However, relief from the heat is expected on Saturday as a
pleasant and humid air mass affects the Kingdom, causing temperatures to
significantly drop.
The weather will be pleasantly hot in the heights and
plains, and relatively warm in other regions.
