Amman - The Hassan Youth Award held today, Wednesday, a training course for the assistants to the supervisory board of the exploratory trips program, at the award's permanent camp in Tabarbour, with the participation of 36 young men and women.

The course aimed to qualify and train a group of distinguished volunteers to take on supervisory and training roles during the summer camps by enhancing leadership skills, teamwork, life skills, and contributing to community development.
The training covered general safety principles, first aid, as well as understanding and applying the award's policies. Participants also learned how to read a compass and effectively use maps.
The course included lectures on the role of supervisors, the fundamentals of volunteering, team-building games, as well as physical and military fitness training, and teaching marching movements, to ensure that participants are well-prepared to engage and make a positive impact in the upcoming summer camps.
