His Majesty King Abdullah II left the Kingdom today, Tuesday, heading to Cairo to preside over the Jordanian delegation participating in the proceedings of the extraordinary Arab summit, hosted by Egypt to discuss the critical developments in Gaza and the West Bank.

The Jordanian delegation includes Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, the Director of His Majesty's Office, Engineer Alaa Al-Bataineh, and Jordan's Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Ambassador Amjad Al-Adayleh.
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II took the constitutional oath as Deputy to His Majesty the King, in the presence of the Cabinet.
