The King Emphasizes to Guterres the Importance of Supporting Palestinians in Achieving Their Full Rights

His Majesty King Abdullah II confirmed during a phone call with the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Wednesday the importance of the international community's support for the Palestinian people in obtaining their full legitimate rights.

His Majesty stressed, during the call, the need to intensify UN efforts to support the Palestinian people, solidify their presence on their land, halt settlement activities, and reiterated Jordan's rejection of any attempts to annex land and displace Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

The call also addressed the importance of sustaining the ceasefire in Gaza and ways to enhance humanitarian response and ensure sufficient aid delivery.
