In the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Azmi Mahafzah, and the Secretary-General of the Ministry, Prof. Dr. Ma'moun Al Dabie, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research celebrated Monday, October 7, 2024, its achievement of first place in the King Abdullah II Award for Government Performance and Transparency for the ninth cycle (2023/2024) in the category of small and medium ministries.

During the ceremony, Minister Mahafzah honored the Secretary-General of the Ministry, Dr. Ma'moun Al-Dabbas, as well as the directors of departments and administrative units in the ministry, in appreciation of their tremendous efforts alongside all the ministry's employees over the past period, which culminated in winning this award. This achievement is regarded as a badge of honor for all ministry employees and a motivator for further dedication and contribution, in alignment with the royal visions and in service to the nation and its citizens.+
