Transport minister, Saudi counterpart hold talks in Cairo

AMMAN — Minister of Transport, Wajeeh Azaiza, discussed with his Saudi counterpart, Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, a number of common issues related to the transport sector and ways to enhance cooperation, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

During their meeting Wednesday, on the sidelines of the Council of Arab Transport Ministers conference in Cairo, the two ministers stressed the “deep-rooted and distinguished” relations between the two countries.

Discussions also covered the need to continue contacts and consultations to identify the sector’s challenges and work jointly to reach a “sustainable” transport that serves the two countries’ economic interests, according to a ministry statement.
