The Ministry of Tourism launched the ‘Urdon Jannah’ program
in May 2019 in collaboration with the Tourism Promotion Authority. Despite the
challenges posed by the
COVID-19 pandemic, the program has continued and
developed tourist destinations it covers.
Supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the
Authority with a percentage exceeding 50 percent of the trip's cost, the
program is implemented by tourism offices and various tourism sectors. It aims
to stimulate domestic tourism and encourage citizens to visit dozens of tourist
destinations.
