AMMAN—Saturday will see a very cold and stable weather almost
countrywide, while it will be less colder in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea
and Aqaba, with southeasterly moderate winds, Jordan Meteorological Department
(JMD) said in its daily update, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

In its report, the JMD warns of the danger of frost
formation in the early morning and late night hours, especially over the
highlands and parts of the Badia regions.
According to the report, Sunday will also see a similar
weather during daytime. Meanwhile during the evening hours, the Kingdom is
affected by a depression and rain is set to fall in the Kingdom's northern and
central areas, extending gradually during the night to the southwestern
regions. Downpour may be sometimes heavy in parts of the northern parts at
night.
During the late night hours, light flurries of rain-mixed
snow will fall over the highlands and winds will be westerly active, with
strong gusts of dust, in desert areas, the JMD added.
The minimum and maximum temperatures in Amman range between 0-10
degrees Celsius, in the Dead Sea8-17, and in the Gulf of Aqaba 7-18 degrees
Celsius, according to the (JMD) report.
