Wadi Rum Women’s Association launches awareness campaign

AMMAN — On Monday, the Wadi Rum Women’s Association launched an environmental awareness campaign in Wadi Rum to protect the tourism sites, protect the environment, and engage the local communities in the nature activities, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.اضافة اعلان

Head of the association, Ibtisam Al-Zalabiah, said that the campaign “Rum Deserves the Best” aims at maintaining a healthy and safe environment by conducting awareness sessions and providing general guides for local communities.

She also stressed the importance of the clean environment in attracting tourists and visitors to the site.
