AMMAN — White cabs in Amman announced on Tuesday
that they are going on strike in protest of increased fuel prices, according to
Jo24.
Drivers in the Saqf Al-Sail area of Amman began the strike
by refusing to take passengers.
The strike follows high transport cost incurred by drivers
and vehicle owners due to high fuel prices, the cab drivers said.
They added that they “are no longer able to continue
working”, as the government has not found a solution for their situation.اضافة اعلان
