In a statement to "Petra"
on Saturday, he noted Jordanian embassies' employees, who were dispatched to
Ukraine's border crossings with Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia, are
working round the clock to provide assistance and receive Jordanian citizens
who arrive in these countries.
The number of Jordanian citizens, who
arrived in these countries with their families, reached about 50 as of Saturday
morning, he noted, indicating that the embassies accredited to there continue
to provide support and assistance to Jordanians.
The ministry's crisis cell continues
to follow up on the situation of Jordanian citizens in Ukraine, since a number
of cities are witnessing military actions, he pointed out.
Abu Al-Foul referred to dangers until
this moment on Jordanian citizens in hotspots to head for the western borders,
especially those in Ukraine's eastern regions.
The ministry continues to follow up
and coordinate to secure their exit in a safe manner, he said.
Abu Al-Ful called on Jordanian
citizens in Ukraine to exercise the "utmost" caution and abide by the
instructions issued by the relevant authorities and the rules of behavior in
emergency cases to preserve their safety.
The ministry will continue to make
all necessary efforts to secure a safe departure for Jordanians there,
according to Abu Al-Foul.
