Youth Empowered by Training Workshops on Entrepreneurship, Innovation

Amman – Thirty-two young men and women from the Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans and the Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) participated in a series of training workshops organized by PwC Middle East, as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week activities held in November.اضافة اعلان

According to the Al Aman Fund, the participants included 19 youth affiliated with the fund and 13 others coordinated through CPF offices in Amman and Irbid.

The workshops aimed to enhance participants' professional skills and entrepreneurial capabilities, preparing them for the labor market and fostering innovation to broaden their career opportunities.

The sessions covered critical topics aligned with global labor market trends, such as automation tools, artificial intelligence, data intelligence, and emerging skill paths. These areas were emphasized to cultivate entrepreneurial thinking and equip participants with the tools to adapt to rapid advancements in the job market.

Director General of the Al Aman Fund, Noor Homoud, highlighted the collaboration as a testament to a unified societal mission. "This partnership reflects our shared commitment to equipping youth with the skills necessary to build a promising professional future and contributes to achieving key sustainable development goals," she said.

Tamam Mango, CEO of CPF, underscored the importance of the partnership, noting its alignment with the foundation's vision to support and empower youth. "Global Entrepreneurship Week provides an ideal platform to connect youth with quality opportunities that meet labor market demands," Mango remarked.

She emphasized that entrepreneurship is more than an economic concept it is a strategic tool to transform ideas into tangible realities, enhancing economic participation.

Michael Orfali, PwC’s territory senior partner in Jordan, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to sustainable community development through initiatives that empower Jordanian youth. "By nurturing professional skills and entrepreneurial abilities, we prepare youth for future challenges and opportunities," Orfali stated.

Participants praised the workshops for enriching their understanding of modern technologies and boosting their confidence to navigate professional environments. These efforts align with broader initiatives to enhance youth readiness for a competitive and dynamic global workforce.
