According to a statement on Sunday, the company said that the program emphasizes co-creating Zain’s disability inclusion strategy, embedding accessibility into all products and services, fostering advocacy and visibility, and delivering a unique Learn and Lead program.
This initiative builds on Zain’s establishment of the region’s first Corporate Employee Resource Group for individuals with disabilities in September 2024, in collaboration with PurpleSpace, a global network for disabled employees.
Zain Vice-Chairman and Group CEO Bader Kharafi highlighted the company’s mission to promote inclusion and empowerment. "The Masters program showcases Zain’s dedication to transforming the perception of disability into an opportunity for leadership and systemic change. We aim to leave no one behind in our quest for equitable and meaningful connectivity across all communities we serve," he stated.
