Death Toll from Israeli Aggression on Gaza Rises to 48,189

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 48,189 martyrs, with 111,640 injuries, since the assault began on October 7, 2023, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza on Sunday.

In a brief statement, the ministry reported that in the past 24 hours, hospitals received the bodies of 8 martyrs, including 7 retrieved from the rubble and one new martyr, in addition to two injured individuals.

The ministry also confirmed that many victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them due to the ongoing attacks.
