According to the Ministry's daily report on casualties from the ongoing Israeli aggression, which has lasted for 451 days, many victims remain trapped under rubble or on roads, with ambulance and civil defense teams unable to reach them.

The death toll from the aggression has now reached 45,541, with 108,338 individuals reported injured since the aggression began on October 7, 2023.
