Netanyahu Thanks Trump: U.S. Ammunition Will Help Us Complete the Mission Against Iran and Its Allies
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked former U.S. President Donald Trump on Sunday for providing ammunition that the previous administration had frozen from being sent to Tel Aviv, emphasizing that it would help Israel "complete the mission" against Iran and its allies.اضافة اعلان

In a video message, Netanyahu said, "Trump is the greatest friend Israel has had in the White House."

He added, "He demonstrated this by sending all the ammunition that had been previously suspended (by President Joe Biden's administration)," confirming that "in this way, he is giving Israel the means we need to finish the job against the Iranian terrorism axis."

Last month, Netanyahu made similar remarks during a joint press conference with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, where he reiterated that he would "finish the job" against Tehran's threats with U.S. support.

The Israeli Prime Minister had stated at the time that Israel had dealt a "strong blow to the Iranian terrorism axis" since the war against Hamas in Gaza began on October 7, 2023.

On Saturday, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that he had signed off on the delivery of nearly $4 billion in military aid to Israel.

Rubio stated in a press release, "I signed a declaration to expedite the delivery of nearly $4 billion in military assistance to Israel," reminding that a partial arms ban imposed by former President Biden had been lifted.

In early February, the Trump administration approved the sale of bombs, ammunition, and missiles worth $7.4 billion to Israel.

The Israeli Ministry of Defense confirmed that the first shipment of U.S. heavy weapons was delivered days later.
