Russia Withdraws Diplomats from Syria; Ambassador Continues Duties as Usual

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Monday, "Some staff of the diplomatic mission in Damascus have been withdrawn," noting that "the Russian embassy continues its operations in the Syrian capital, and Ambassador Alexander Yefimov is continuing his work in Damascus as usual."
