Media outlets affiliated with the Houthi group (Ansar Allah) reported early Wednesday that U.S. forces carried out two airstrikes on the Safyan district in the Amran governorate, northern Yemen.

They added that the U.S. forces conducted three airstrikes on the Al-Salim district in Saada, and also targeted areas east of Saada city with two more airstrikes.
Earlier, media outlets affiliated with the Houthi group in Yemen reported that a new U.S. aggression targeted Saada governorate on Tuesday with at least five airstrikes.
Al-Masirah TV, affiliated with the group, stated on Tuesday that "U.S. aggression" targeted the Sahar district in Saada with two airstrikes, before announcing additional strikes on the same district with three more airstrikes in the evening.
The channel did not provide details about the targets hit or the casualties and material damage resulting from the airstrikes.
The U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) has not issued any official statement regarding the airstrikes in Yemen.
Since March 15, the United States has been carrying out intensive airstrikes against the Houthis, who have claimed to have retaliated by targeting a U.S. aircraft carrier in the Red Sea several times.
On that day, the U.S. carried out multiple airstrikes, claiming that they had killed senior officials of the Houthi movement, while the group announced the deaths of dozens due to the U.S. airstrikes.
Since then, U.S. airstrikes have been occurring almost daily in the areas controlled by the group in Yemen.
The Houthis have frequently claimed responsibility for launching missiles at Israeli targets since the Israeli occupation violated the ceasefire with Hamas last week by resuming airstrikes on Gaza.
The Houthi attacks stopped when the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli occupation in Gaza took effect on January 19, but they resumed a week ago, vowing to intensify them as long as Israeli airstrikes on the devastated Gaza Strip continue.
