In a press briefing, Deputy Spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, Stéphane Dujarric, emphasized that humanitarian aid has not entered Gaza for almost two months and stressed the urgent need for uninterrupted aid deliveries.

She pointed out that humanitarian workers continue to face significant challenges in carrying out their missions. Out of six planned aid operations yesterday, only two were allowed to proceed by the Israeli authorities.

According to the UN, restrictions imposed by the occupation on humanitarian access are hindering the supply of medical materials to hospitals, putting more patients' lives at risk.

Since March 2nd, Israel has blocked the entry of essential supplies, including food and water, into Gaza by closing border crossings, causing a humanitarian catastrophe and worsening the famine, according to Anadolu Agency.
