AMMAN — Domestic revenues during the first seven months of 2022 witnessed a rise of JD438 million to JD4.8 billion compared with the same period in 2021, the Ministry of Finance announced on Thursday.

The ministry’s figures attributed the increase to the hike of tax collections increased by JD375 million, as non-tax revenues went up by JD63.4 million during the first seven months of 2022.
The ministry added that public expenditures went up by JD448.6 million to JD5.888 billion in the first seven months of 2022 compared with the same period in 2021.
