AMMAN —
The
Jordanian Businessmen Association (JBA) on Saturday announced that it will
hold the Jordanian-Azerbaijani Economic and Investment Forum on April 17 and
convene the Jordanian-Qatari Business Council in May, according to the Jordan
News Agency, Petra.

Reviewing the association’s
annual report and key achievements last year, JBA President Hamdi Tabbaa noted
that the association groups businessmen representing key economic sectors.
Since the
COVID-19 pandemic began, the association has been keen to perform its robust role as a
representative of the private sector. As it sought to adapt to the requirements
of that stage through updating its work plans, relying on remote communication,
along with in-person meetings to continue its services to its members.
Promoting the
Jordanian investment environment and networking between the
Jordanian business community and its counterparts from various countries,
Tabbaa pointed out.
