“The health sector
in Jordan suffered from problems during the pandemic, due to health
requirements,” he said, adding that “most procedures for those coming to Jordan
have been eased, and the rest can be expected to be cancelled after the next
meeting with the
Epidemiological Committee.”
Still required from
non-Jordanians arriving to Jordan is a health insurance certificate, said
Hamouri.
Hospitals in Jordan
are fully equipped and foreign patients coming to Jordan are immediately
treated, at competitive prices, he said.
