AMMAN —
Jordan Textile and Readymade Clothes Syndicate warned citizens against buying
clothes and shoes online from some foreign websites, according to Al-Ghad News.
The Syndicate said
in a statement Monday that the goods purchased by citizens may match the
quality showed in the image, and that the purchased goods may contain fake
copies of brands.
The syndicate said
that “in most cases, the sizes do not fit the buyer, as the sizes are made for
the local market in the country of origin.”
The syndicate confirmed that it receives regular complaints about
relevant problems, calling on citizens “not to get carried away by some fake
offers”.
