4,300 apartments sold in December

AMMAN — In December last year 4,300 apartments were sold, a drop from the 4,900 sold in the same period of 2019, according to Al-Rai.

The number of apartments smaller than 150sq.m. sold in December 2021 amounted to about 2,600, while 3,100 apartments of the same size were sold in the same period in 2019.اضافة اعلان

About 838 apartments of an area between 150–180sq.m. were sold in December last year, compared to 857 apartments of the same size sold in the same period of 2019.

Some 830 apartments bigger than 180sq.m. were sold last December, compared to 925 apartments of the same size sold in the same period of 2019.

The volume of trading in the real estate market in the Kingdom reached JD5.21 billion in 2021, an 8 percent increase over 2019.
