AMMAN — There were 45 aircraft registered in the
Jordanian General Civil Aircraft Log last
year, 17 of which were owned, and the rest, or 28, were leased, Al-Mamlaka TV
reported.

Data by the
Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission said the planes are run by different operators.
It said the flagship Royal Jordanian had 25 aircraft, 5 of which were owned by
the national company and the remainder were leased.
Royal Wings owns one aircraft, while
Jordan Aviation has 10 aircraft, 4 of
which are owned and 6 are leased. Air Arabia has one leased aircraft. No
details were immediately available on the remaining eight planes.
