AMMAN — The exports of the
Amman Chamber of Industry increased during the first half of this year by 61%, compared to the same period last year 2021, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.

Most industrial sectors recorded an increase in their exports during the first half of this year, with the exception of the therapeutic industries and medical supplies, which decreased by 15%, falling to 271 million dinars, compared to 302 million dinars during the same period last year.
Statistical data issued by the Amman industry showed that the Chamber's exports are continuing the remarkable upward movement recorded since the beginning of 2022, achieving unprecedented rates of increase with it.
These figures indicate the ability of the Jordanian industry to overcome difficulties and competition in the export markets due to its high quality, which requires providing more capabilities for manufacturers to increase production and expand the business, generating more job opportunities.
The exports of Jordanian industrial products spread in most regions of the Kingdom reach over 142 markets worldwide due to the export of 1,400 various commodities.
