Jordan Ahli Bank and
INVESTBANK have launched a new service, linking their
ATM networks in a single one, where Ahli Bank customers will be able to use any of the Ahli Bank ATMs or INVESTBANK ATMs and make withdrawals and cash deposits without any additional commissions.

Other services include inquiring about the account balance, issuing a brief account statement and changing the password.
Commenting on the development, CEO of Jordan Ahli Bank, Muhammad Musa Dawood stated that Ahli Bank seeks, through this service, to enhance cooperation between Jordanian banks and enrich the customer experience through distinctive services. The new service, he said, allows all Ahli Bank customers to use ATMs affiliated with INVESTBANK as Ahli ATMs, and the same applies to INVESTBANK clients, without any additional commissions incurred by any client of either bank
Director General of INVESTBANK Montaser Dawwas added that this agreement is a translation of the “efforts made to serve our customers, enhance joint work between Jordanian banks and serve the customers of the two banks. Through this, we seek to share our banking solutions, enhance our goals and support our vision that is always in the interest of customers”.
This partnership is an embodiment of the spirit of cooperation between Jordanian banks. It enhance the financial inclusion strategy because it ensures customers access to their accounts in all their locations, and adds new locations that are close to the clients. It also gives the opportunity for both banks to find new spots for the deployment of ATMs so that we jointly cover the largest area possible in the Kingdom.
