Jihad Abu Nasser, the representative of the automobile
sector at the Jordan Free Zone Investor Commission, said the increases are
expected to be applied to all vehicles. He attributed the rise to continuous
variations in the vehicle market, which include a decrease in global
production, which has driven the demand up.
Currently, car prices are stable in Jordan, he said. But
he added that there is a decrease in the quantity of car imports in comparison
to the previous year.
