Careem Express introduces first-of-its-kind medical lab delivery service in Jordan

Amman, Jordan - October 16th, 2024:  Careem Express introduces a service to deliver laboratory samples between medical labs, becoming the only company licensed to handle and transport lab samples nationwide.

Careem Express is Careem’s B2B logistics arm which provides last-mile delivery for some of the region's largest e-commerce organisations. It is the only delivery operator in the region providing express, same day and next day delivery solutions for businesses at scale.

Lab partners can securely transport medical lab samples between facilities using biohazard packaging provided by the labs. This process ensures compliance with medical standards and protects the integrity of the samples while preventing cross-contamination during transportation.

The dedicated medical lab delivery fleet provides recurring as well as on-demand delivery options to cater to a range of sample movement requests, providing flexibility and ease.
