Press Release — Careem in Jordan has signed an agreement with
Autohub, the largest authorized Bosch maintenance center in Jordan, to provide
comprehensive maintenance services, including mechanics, electrical repair, and
spare parts to its captains. This partnership will ensure that Careem Captains
receive the best possible maintenance services for their vehicles.

As part of the agreement, Autohub will provide Careem
captains with deals that include 10% discounts on spare parts, 20% discount on
maintenance fees, 20% discount on paint fees, and 20% discount on annual
maintenance contracts. Autohub will also provide oil change for Careem captains
at only 27 Jordanian Dinars.
Farah Odeh, GM of Careem in Jordan commented, "We are

on maintenance services. Autohub provides its car maintenance services with
more than 30 exclusive global brands and is the largest Bosch car maintenance
provider in Jordan. Our Captains are the backbone of our ride-hailing business,
and we are committed to this partnership to provide them with excellent deals
and discounts, making it easier for them to maintain their vehicles and
therefore provide a delightful experience to our customers".
Careem’s partnership with Autohub is part of a Captains'
loyalty program that includes food, groceries, entertainment, household, and
electrical appliances, as well as medical insurance.
Careem launched in Jordan in 2016, commencing operations in
Amman before expanding to Irbid and Zarqa. Careem Jordan offers a wide range of
services to cater to the diverse needs of its customers including ride-hailing,
food delivery, shops, customer and corporate on-demand delivery service (BOX).
Careem Plus is a monthly subscription service that offers discounts and
exclusive benefits.
