In an announcement today, the ministry stated that the investment opportunity involves the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of the gas network under a development contract.

The ministry also clarified that the project will be implemented under the Build, Own, and Operate (BOO) system, where the private sector will design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the gas network under the development contract.

The ministry did not specify any details regarding the dates for submitting applications or the timeline for the project's implementation.
