Kharabsheh added that there are not enough marketing
companies at the present time to achieve fair competition, and if the ministry
found that there are companies that have the ability to compete, it will start
following this new system.
He pointed out that there are companies that can
qualify, once they have been trained and assessed.
Kharabsheh said that the special tax imposed on fuel
is not the responsibility of the Ministry of Energy, but rather the mandate of
the
Ministry of Finance.
