Floward CEO Abdulaziz Al-Loughani said in a statement that given “how important and developed the flowers industry is in Jordan compared to other countries in the region, launching our services there marks a significant step for us.”
Loughani added that “Jordan is considered a pioneer in the field of technology and e-commerce in MENA with a great pool of talent and plays an important role in the regional startup ecosystem; it is home to the first global acquisition in modern MENA startups’ history back in 2009 (Yahoo –Maktoob).”
“All these factors made Jordan an attractive market for us and a natural next step in our expansion strategy,” he said. “We are very excited and optimistic about this new launch and looking forward to provide high quality and innovative services and products to our clients in Jordan.”
