The Investment Environment Regulation Act is at the forefront of the 2021-2023 government's economic priorities program, which seeks to develop and strengthen the investment environment in the Kingdom.

The government intends to present the draft law to the Lower House of Parliament at its upcoming extraordinary summer session, which opens on July 20.
