AMMAN — Restaurants and retail stores witnessed high sales rates during the first day of
Eid Al-Adha, according to the representative of the foodstuff sector in the Jordan Chamber of Commerce, Raed Hamadeh, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.

Hamadeh stated, "after the COVID pandemic receded, the markets began to recover and return to their previous era."
"With the arrival of expatriates and summer season after Eid al-Adha, this will contribute to moving the economic wheel and increasing sales," according to Hamada.
He stressed that "the restaurant sector witnessed an active commercial movement."
