ISTD expands base of Fawateery application beneficiaries

AMMAN — The Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) said non-citizen children of Jordanian mothers and Gaza residents living in Jordan can use Fawateery application on their cell phones by providing users’ identification numbers and dates of birth, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. In an interview with “Petra” on Thursday, ISTD said the application allows users to ask for invoices of all kinds, including paid utility bills, in exchange for services. The application allows all users to use the e-service and win ISTD’s prizes by providing details on cases when invoices are denied.
