Intaj revenues equal 13% of GDP

AMMAN — The Information and Communications Technology Association (Intaj), stressing that His Majesty King Abdullah II is the main supporter of the ICT sector, issued a press release on Sunday saying that the sector increased the pace of its activity and its revenues exceed $2 billion annually, which represents 13 percent of the GDP, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.اضافة اعلان

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Intaj Association Eid Sweis said that Jordan has greatly progressed over the last 20 years thanks to guidance from His Majesty the King.

Sweis stressed that the sector is trying to implement the Royal vision for Jordan to be a regional center for the information and communications technology sector, in partnership with the public sector.
