Developing the King Talal Dam areas
Speaking at the ceremony, Najjar stated that the agreements

developing all areas of the King Talal Dam, through launching
development projects and providing job opportunities to the people living in
the surrounding areas.
Mahasneh highlighted that
JVA is working to implement Royal directives, in accordance with the government's plans for the development of
areas under its jurisdiction.
These plans aim to provide an attractive investment
environment, establish projects that employ local labor, and enable local
communities to achieve development.
Local investment opportunities
Mahasneh also pointed out that JVA is committed to finding
national investment opportunities through local companies and the community.
In line with this commitment,
a local investment company has leased 19 dunums of land to build restaurants, a small hotel, chalets, water
playgrounds, and parks.
Furthermore, another local company has leased 19 dunums to
build chalets, a tourist restaurant, a horse stable, and children's
playgrounds. Finally, 15 dunums were leased to local individuals to establish
