AMMAN — The
Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) and the UAE’s General Civil Aviation Authority, signed a memorandum of understanding to expand bilateral civil aviation cooperation, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

In a statement, CARC said that the memorandum inked by CARC Commissioner Haitham Misto on the sidelines of the Dubai Airshow on Sunday, aims at consolidating joint efforts and adopting common viewpoints in international and regional gatherings, without interfering with both countries’ policies, legislation, plans, and national programs.
“Jordan and the UAE are seeking to make use of the obtainable capabilities by exchanging expertise, knowledge, and training to improve their civil aviation skillfulness,” the statement added.
