This is the first time Jordan will participate in
the exhibition, which lasts for 4 days and is a leading international trade
fair dedicated to the food and beverage industry.
According to a JEA statement issued Wednesday,
Chairman Ahmad Al-Khudari emphasized that it is important for Jordanian
companies to participate in the exhibition amid the global interest in the food
sector.
He said the exhibition gives visitors the
possibility to have a firsthand look at food products from more than 30
countries, exchange business and expertise with exhibitors and food traders and
manufacturers, and keep pace with the latest products and technologies in the
foodstuffs industry.
Khudari urged food companies to benefit from the
Jordanian-Saudi economic relation, which gives a great start and momentum, to
expand the base of Jordanian products exported to Saudi Arabia.
JEA Director General
