During the launching ceremony, Minister Khaled Al-Hneifat said Jordan's exports dramatically decreased in the last ten years due to border closures, noting that the ministry is looking for new markets to boost agricultural exports.
The minister predicted that the new website would tap into new promising markets and help study relevant data, products, and production seasons in various countries, in addition to focusing production on high-yield crops in Jordan.
He indicated that the platform is "efficient and effective" in serving the agriculture sector, allowing it to compete in global markets to benefit farmers and exporters.
