RJ Vice-Chairman
and CEO Samer Al-Majali said Saturday that RJ sponsored an important
international forum titled “A World for Travel” in an effort to reach out to
the world.
RJ is endeavoring
to develop its network and look for new markets to connect Jordan with the
world, Majali said.
He stressed that
expanding cooperation is in line with RJ’s vision and strategy to become the
best airline in the Levant.
“We are now
focusing on bringing in more tourists to Jordan and boosting tourism by
offering low prices and quality services, which are further highlighted by
Jordanian hospitality when traveling on Royal Jordanian to and from Europe,”
Majali added.
He highlighted the
role of RJ’s sponsorship at the AWFT, saying that RJ is “proud to sponsor
influential events aimed at promoting tourism in Jordan”. He explained that RJ
offered discount tickets to help bridge the gap between Jordan and France and
to promote the exchange of culture and knowledge.
He stressed that
RJ aims to serve the Kingdom by promoting tourism.
Majali pointed out
that RJ’s vision includes an ambitious five-year growth strategy, which
envisages plans to double the airline’s fleet, and continue to steadily expand
its network. It also envisions positioning Amman as a leading gateway in the
Arab Mashreq, he said. He maintained that the airline form recently introduced
new routes to Lyon, Milan, Copenhagen and Toronto.
Additionally, the
airline firm is working to improve the quality of its services across points of
sale, offering a wide range of top-grade services, and constantly enhancing
customer service in a concerted effort to provide passengers with more
convenience, he said.
