Mohammad Al-Waked, the General Manager of the Development Areas Company, confirmed that the cable car set a new record for visitor numbers, with over 5,000 visitors on just one day, last Friday, including citizens, residents, and both Arab and foreign tourists. This reflects the project's popularity and its significance as a major tourist destination in the Kingdom.

The company urged visitors to plan early visits to the cable car, located 76 kilometers from the capital, Amman, to enjoy all the facilities and activities while avoiding long waiting times. The cable car operates every day of the week, except for the first Tuesday of each month. These activities are part of a promotional plan to enhance the status of the Ajloun Cable Car as one of the most prominent national tourism projects, offering a unique experience combining entertainment and nature, while contributing to boosting the economic activity in the Ajloun Governorate.

It is noteworthy that the Development Areas Company has taken on the responsibility of developing the Al-Sawan development area, aiming to make it a key tourist and investment attraction and achieve sustainable development in Ajloun.
