The Governor of Ajloun, Naif Al-Hadayat, stated that the Jordanian flag holds deep significance that enhances national belonging. It represents the pride Jordanians feel for their flag, which symbolizes national dignity and their collective identity. He added that the governorate directed official departments, educational and service institutions, and municipalities to prepare for this occasion, emphasizing that it is an opportunity to express loyalty and devotion to the Hashemite leadership.
Wasef Haddad, the Chairman of the Tourism and Antiquities Parliamentary Committee, confirmed that the Jordanian flag is not just a symbol but a national story, part of the memory of Jordanians, who see it as a banner of sacrifice, freedom, and independence. He noted that dedicating a National Flag Day reinforces the commitment to national principles and instills values of belonging in the hearts of future generations, especially given the security and stability the country enjoys, thanks to the awareness of Jordanians and their unity with their leadership.
Dr. Firas Al-Hanandeh, President of Ajloun National University, emphasized that the Jordanian flag embodies a long journey of work and achievement and reflects the unity of Jordanians and their aspirations for a better future. He pointed out that the university would celebrate this national occasion with special events aimed at instilling national values in students and increasing their knowledge of the flag's history and its profound symbolism, in alignment with the role of academic institutions in shaping a conscious Jordanian citizen who is proud of their identity.
Omar Al-Momani, Chairman of Ajloun Governorate Council, expressed that the flag is the banner of the state that unites everyone. Its colors summarize the stages of national struggle, renaissance, and progress. He highlighted that the Jordanian flag is a symbol of the country and embodies the milestones of the Kingdom's independence and its recognition as a sovereign and independent state.
Samer Freihat, Director of Ajloun Culture Directorate, pointed out that the flag carries important cultural and national symbolism, as it reflects the identity and status of the state and expresses the values on which the Kingdom was founded. He explained that the Ministry of Culture has launched a series of cultural initiatives in conjunction with the occasion, targeting various segments of society and aimed at highlighting the flag's significance in expressing the spirit of loyalty and belonging.
Rami Al-Adwan, Director of Ajloun Agriculture, stated that the Jordanian flag holds a special place in the hearts of Jordanians, as it carries the ambition and hope for a bright future heading towards a new century under the victorious Hashemite leadership. Osama Al-Qudat, a member of the Family Cultural Forum, affirmed that the flag is a symbol around which all Jordanians unite, encompassing the meanings of pride and belonging.
Retired Colonel Amer Al-Momani stated that the Jordanian flag is an extension of the heroism of the country's men who defended it with all their might, ensuring it remains high in the sky of freedom and dignity.
